The Ravens' promise
Ask Ravens checks AI answers against each other so you can trust them. That only works if you can trust us too. So this is what we promise, in plain words.
- We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
- We never train AI models on your chats.
- You can see, download and delete everything we hold about you, from your account, at any time.
- We keep as little as we can, and we tell you exactly what we keep and for how long.
- Memory is off until you switch it on. Notes and saved chats are encrypted.
- We learn only from thumbs up and down and from counts that can't identify you, never from reading your chats.
- We name every company that handles your data.
- When the ravens aren't sure, or disagree, they tell you.
How we keep it
- Questions go to the AI models to be answered and aren't stored, unless you sign in and save your chats.
- Saved chats, memory notes and reminders are encrypted before they reach our database, and tied to your account.
- Ratings are kept against a random run number and a one-way code, not your name or email.
- The scoreboard records which model agreed with the referee and how long it took. It never records what was asked.
- Website pages you build are only visible to people who have the link, and they're deleted after 30 days.
- Voice recordings are turned into text and thrown away. You can choose to keep your voice on your own device instead.
The details are in the privacy notice. If you think we've broken a promise, tell us at [contact email to be added].
